Today, we want to share with all of you about a bizarre food
from China. It called a century eggs or also known as pindan.
Chinese people nowadays eat century eggs as their traditional food.
This is because to them, the century eggs are very good for health.
History
The century egg history begin in 600 years ago.
It begin during the Ming dynasty when one young man found
an duck egg that was buried in the soil at his yard.
He very like to taste a new things that he never tasted before.
When he found the duck egg, he try to eat it and he found
that the eggs is very tasty.Day by day, he try to make something
new with the eggs with add some salt and tea.
So, today,the century eggs become famous among Chinese people.
How to make century eggs ?
Next, let me share how to make this century eggs.
Firstly, the most important thing is make sure you
have the duck eggs or chicken eggs. To make the flavor of
century eggs, you need to prepared around 3 or 4 cups
black tea, sea salt, 3 or 4 cup quicklime and 2 or 3 pounds
rice chaff. Besides, the last things that you need is
3 or 4 cups charcoal ash.

METHOD :
Now, let start to make it. The first method is take 3 cup of tea
and boil it for one hours. When the tea is boiling, put the tea in
the bowl and mix it with a bit of salt and quicklime.
Stir it together and make sure it mix very well.
After that, take the mud and put the tea together.
Stir the mud until it smooth.
The eggs in the mud looked like this.
Next process, take 10 eggs at least and put it in bowl
and mix it with the mud. Make sure the eggs covered with the mud.
Leave the eggs with mud about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes,
you need to put the rice chaff in a deep bowl and take the eggs
with mud, place it into the rice chaff bowl. You need to covered
the eggs with the rice chaff for a night. Repeat that step
for the next eggs.

you need to burying it into a soil and lime. Lastly, after 100 days,
the century eggs are ready to served.

believe the century eggs have a lot of nutrition and it also
are very good for health. But to me, I don’t think I will eat it
because it have been buried in a soil for a 100 days.
