Assalamualaikum and hello,after a long time no update
now i want share one of the bizzare food that popular
at Shanghai,China. It is known as duck blood soup.
It tasted have a bit sour and a bit spicy.

History
The duck blood soup was invented in Shanghai by Xu Fuquan.
He was cooked the food with mix the chicken and
the duck blood. When the pot is boiling, he add the
duck’s head and chicken feet.
During 1973, The king of Kemboja, Norodom Sihanouk,
was tasted the duck soup and he very like with it taste.
He keep eating a duck soup as many as he can.
Today, the duck soup become famous
among the Chinese people.
How to cook ?
Here there ingredient that you need. Firstly,
you need all the duck’s body part, 1 yellow onion,
berries, raisins, pears,1 tablespoon salt and sugar,
fresh blood, 10 cups cold water and 1 bay leaf.
Firstly, you need to mix the fresh blood with
vinegar and put it in the refrigerate for a while.
Next, put the duck’s body part in a large pot
and put 10 cups of cold water and boil it for a while.
Add the salt, pepper and sugar and
let it boil for 1 hour. After that, add the dried fruit
and left it for another hour. After it boiling, cold
the soup for a while and put it on the refrigerate.
To serve the soup, add the blood, the vinegar
and stir it together. Next, boil it again, stir the
soup until it become thickened and it ready to serve.
Usually the Chinese people serve the duck
blood soup with the potatoes dumpling.
Conclusion
The Chinese people in Shanghai say that the
duck blood soup have many benefits such as
can strengthen some parts of human body and
also good for their health. To me, if I was a
Chinese people, I don’t think I will eat
the duck blood soup because the colour are
to red and look very scary to eat. Although,
the duck blood soup also was boiling along
with the duck’s organ and it make
me feel disgust to eat it.
