In the last preview, we have already known about
balut which is a snack of Philippines. Today,
we want to share about Korean food called Sannakji.
is small squid cut into small pieces but the squid
was still alive. Sannakji is food prepared live to eat.

Some places in Asia like food that is fresh
and alive for example, in Japan the sushi.
But, in Korean food is octopus named
Sannakji life. why Sannakji given name? "san"
is a means of living and "nakji" means squid
so if you combine "Sannakji". But the food is very
dangerous to those who do not know how to eat it
because it's Sannakji alive and it may be occur us to
choke when eating it.
HOW TO MAKE SANNAKJI
how to make Sannakji is the first you have to
cut the octopus lives and so you put a sesame
oil and chilli sauce to conjure flavored.
You have to chew as hard as possible
because "Sannakji" can occur to chocking
and it also will cause people die.

CONCLUSION
To Korean people, the sannakji are more good
when they eat it when it still live. This is because
the it still fresh and the protein are not disturb
by the other ingredient and that why the
Sannakjin are not cooked.
In my opinion, the food is good actually
when we eat foods that are still live. But, we
need to take a risk because it may occur a
chocking and it might make a person died.
If you want to try the Sannakji, make sure
you eat it in properly and with the correct step.
