meet again! Today, we will fly to Philippines for searching
some bizarre food. Are you ready?
In Philippines there are a lot of bizarre food.
One of them is duck embryo or known as 'Balut
History
Balut are a common food that famous in many
country such as Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam
and other. The history of balut, I did not sure actually
were it come from and who was invented it.
Filipinos people believed that the balut can
be source of strengthen to a man especially.
Balut are made from the duck eggs that are
only just incubated just for 18 days. This is
because during that stage the bones of
duck zigot are still soft to eat.
Usually, the Filipinos people seasoning
the balut egg with salt, vinegar and soy sauce.

How to make it ?
The ingredient for balut is very easy.
You just need the duck egg which just
incubated for 18 days, salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
Firstly, boil the balut egg in a pot for 20 minute.
Next, after it boil, crack it on top and
you can it eat while it still warm.
If you want to seasoning the egg,
put the egg in jar, add some water on it.
Lastly, add some salt and vinegar and left it for one day.
Conclusion
Last but not least, balut may looks unpleasent to us
but for Filipinos, they believes balut are good
for their health and body. Eventhough, we did not eat it,
we need to respect this as their lifestyle.
